Michael Boyle joined Monterrey in 2003. As Senior Director of Administration, he is responsible for a variety of corporate functions including customer support services, partnership development, legal services, risk management, and accreditation. Michael works with new and existing partners to help develop and improve strategic service programs that utilize proven risk management techniques while achieving their organizational goals. He collaborates with Monterrey Security’s vast pool of law enforcement executives, customer service professionals and public safety consultants to help Monterrey Security’s customers make informed decisions about their programs and future plans.
Previously, Michael served as Director of Event Services where he was responsible for all event operations at Monterrey Security partner venues.
Michael compliments his experience with continuous training and education through the world renowned Disney Institute, the International Assembly of Venue Manager’s Academy for Venue Safety and Security, as well as the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Saint Xavier University in Chicago.
