Community

Our company’s roots are in Chicago’s diverse Pilsen neighborhood and, 25 years later, we continue to call that neighborhood home. It is from that base that we identify ways to partner with community groups making a meaningful impact in all of Chicago’s neighborhoods, but especially those where needs are greatest. As we have grown, we gave made investments in our facility, demonstrating our long-term commitment to the area.

Having grown from a kitchen table on the South Side of Chicago to one of the 500 largest Latino-owned companies in the country, we understand the importance of being involved in our communities and creating opportunities for others.

We regularly host job fairs in neighborhoods where residents don’t just need jobs, but careers. We also sponsor numerous community events and festivals, while also giving back through employee volunteer programs. You can find our staff helping at a neighborhood block party, soup kitchen or numerous other events across the Midwest.

We are also strong supporters and have held leadership roles with organizations that include the 100 Club of Illinois, Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic American Construction Industry Association and the International Association of Assembly Managers.
