Daniel Ramos joined Monterrey Security in 2005. As Executive Vice President, Dan oversees all full-time employees, armed and unarmed security, and guest services operations at more than 120 locations across the Midwest.

Dan has been instrumental in building and implementing systems to streamline Monterrey’s 24-hour security operations, policies and training. He has earned a series of promotions and now oversees operational functions carried out by our various teams. He has also managed our growth in multiple markets and expansion into multiple states. He also has a leadership role in senior-level client relationships, community partnership initiatives, contract fulfillment and compliance.
Dan has earned a national reputation for his leadership in the security industry, having led operations for some of the most iconic public facilities and events in the nation, including the NATO Summit, Lollapalooza, the Chicago Marathon, NFL Draft, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Blackhawks Championship rally, as well as stadium events including the Chicago Bears, Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift and many others.
He is a member of ASIS International, the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4), the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) and the Illinois Security Professionals Association. He also maintains a multitude of certifications through the Department of Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
