Because effective security can require coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Monterrey Security employs a personnel system in which assistant site supervisors travel to client sites with field supervisors, and can be deployed as the need arises. Significantly faster than the conventional dispatch systems used by other security agencies, our state-of-the-art digital dispatch system ensures rapid response to clients needs.

At Monterrey Security, we also recognize the importance of keeping our security personnel fresh and alert. Our guards work six-hour, rather than eight-hour shifts to guarantee the prevention and protection services we provide meet the highest industry standards.
