Monterrey partners with C3 Presents to provide security and customer service for Chicago's annual Lollapalooza Festival in Grant Park with attendance exceeding 125,000. August also brought Jimmy Buffet to Toyota Park for the third straight year and the Bears season kicked off with Family Night at Soldier Field.

Monterrey led the security and guest service efforts at Soldier Field for a two-day Bon Jovi concert and the popular Mountain Dew Tour. Monterrey also welcomed Mixed Martial Arts to Toyota Park for the first time.

The Metropolitan Leadership Institue (MLI) provides its participants with a greater appreciation for the ambiguities and nuances of the public arena and the challenges of public life. It is this public perception that the United Neighborhood Organization (UNO) and the MLI are driven to change.
