Monterrey’s Guest Services division includes personnel who provide premium ushering and ticket taking services with an emphasis on delivering a great guest experience.

Our personnel are responsible for greeting guests, directional staff, ticket taking, access control, and assisting with evacuation in the event of an emergency. Our guest services professionals go through rigorous customer service training and are briefed on security operations that emphasize courteousness and professionalism as they work to maintain a secure and safe environment.
